Antonella Bottinelli

Antonella Bottinelli is the Subgerenta de Conducta del Juego at Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, where she leads responsible-gambling policies and public-management initiatives. She holds a degree in International Relations (Lic. Relaciones Internacionales) and has built her career around gambling regulation and prevention of problem gambling.

In her current role, Bottinelli designs and implements programs to promote healthy gaming behavior. She has participated in various workshops, conferences, and cross-agency agreements related to responsible gambling. Notably, she collaborated with the Agencia de Habilidades para el Futuro on a recent agreement to promote responsible gambling among young people and adults.

She also took part in a workshop focused on childhood gambling addiction (ludopatía infantil), highlighting her commitment to addressing gambling harm across age groups. Her work at the intersection of public policy and gambling conduct positions her as a key figure in Buenos Aires' regulatory landscape.
