Andrey Lazorenko

Andrey Lazorenko is the Chief Executive Officer of ADI Foundation, founded by Sirius International (the digital arm of IHC, a $240B+ UAE holding company). He brings over a decade of leadership in blockchain and fintech, having built four companies and delivered large-scale corporate, enterprise, and government projects across global markets.

Previously, he was CEO and Co-Founder of IdeaSoft.io, transforming it into a trusted provider of blockchain, fintech, and NFT solutions and expanding its operations internationally. He has also helped launch and scale ventures including Global Ledger, Orderly, and SID Venture Partners (one of Ukraine’s leading venture capital funds).

Under his leadership, ADI Foundation launched ADI Chain and secured $50M in funding to accelerate digital infrastructure for governments and institutions in the MENA region.
