Andreas Bardun

Andreas Bardun is the founder and CEO of KTO Group, an online gambling company that secured one of the first full Brazilian sports‑betting and online‑games licenses in late 2024. Under his leadership, KTO Group has built a presence across regulated markets, emphasizing responsible gaming and operational compliance.

Before founding KTO in 2018, Bardun served as Head of Sportsbook at LeoVegas, where he led the launch and expansion of the company’s sportsbook offering. He previously held a senior sportsbook role at Betsson through its Nordicbet.com brand and contributed to building the U.S. sports section at Expekt.com. These roles gave him deep experience in sportsbook product development and market entry.

Bardun has also held director positions at Winlink Ltd, Mobilt Limited, and Boundless Malta, and runs a consulting practice called US Sports Betting Consultants. He earned a degree in Political Science with a focus on European Integration from Mid Sweden University and briefly studied Rhetoric and Public Speaking at Linköping University.
