Andrea Manciulli
Director of Institutional Relations at Med-Or Italian Foundation and Chairman of Europa Atlantica
Andrea Manciulli is Director of Institutional Relations at Med-Or Italian Foundation, a think-tank founded by Leonardo S.p.A. in 2021, and Chairman of Europa Atlantica, a transatlantic security and defence think-tank. In these roles, he focuses on fostering dialogue between institutions, industry, and academia on strategic and security issues.
Before his current positions, Manciulli served as a member of the Italian Parliament from 2013 to 2018, where he was Vice-President and later President of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. This parliamentary experience gave him deep insight into defence and international relations.
Manciulli began his career in 2006 at the Mardegan-Conti law firm. More recently, he has become a frequent speaker at iGaming and gambling conferences, addressing regulatory, ESG, and sustainability topics. His unique background combines legal, political, and corporate affairs expertise.
