Alla Serebrianskaia

Alla Serebrianskaia is a partner at Asensi Abogados, a leading Spanish law firm with over 25 years of experience in gaming, gambling and tech law. She joined the firm in August 2011 and was promoted to partner in September 2017. Prior to Asensi, she worked in-house at Indra Sistemas SA, Spain’s premier IT company, providing legal advice on public procurement, administrative concessions, and commercial contracts.

She graduated in Law from ESADE Business School and holds a Master’s in Business Law from the same institution. Her practice focuses on Gaming & Gambling law, with deep expertise in licensing procedures (including the first, second and third Spanish licensing processes), regulatory compliance for online and land-based operators, software providers, affiliates, and slot manufacturers.

Alla is consistently ranked in Chambers Global (Band 3, Global Market Leaders) and has been listed for six consecutive years as of the 2026 edition. She is also recognized in Who’s Who Legal and as a Thought Leader in Sports & Gaming by Lexology. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA) and is a General member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).

She is co-author of the Thomson Reuters Gaming Law Book (2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 editions) and the Chambers Gaming Law Guide (2019 and 2020 editions). A regular speaker at international conferences, she also writes authoritatively on the Spanish gambling industry. She speaks eight languages: English, Spanish, French, Russian, Czech, Croatian, Hebrew, and Catalan.
