Alinda van Wyk

Alinda van Wyk is a highly experienced finance professional with over two decades in senior financial positions within the online gaming industry. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director at Super Group (SGHC) Ltd., a global digital gaming and sports betting company that operates prominent brands like Betway and Spin.

Her journey with a predecessor company of SGHC began in 2000 as a Financial Controller. Demonstrating her expertise and leadership, she advanced to Group Head of Finance in 2007, and subsequently, Group Finance Director. In January 2021, she took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board for Super Group upon its formation.

In her capacity as CFO, Alinda van Wyk is instrumental in overseeing Super Group's financial affairs and stewardship. This includes managing its reporting and structured financial systems to ensure seamless integration across all business activities. She plays a crucial role in advising on the Group's strategic direction, ensuring financial strategies are fully aligned with the company's broader commercial objectives. Her contributions extend to navigating the company through significant financial events, such as its listing on the New York Stock Exchange in January 2022.

Prior to her extensive tenure with Super Group, Alinda van Wyk held various finance-related positions at other notable organizations, including Carmen Media Group, London Ambulance Service, and Carlson Marketing Group. She is a qualified chartered accountant, having earned an Honours Degree in Accountancy from Stellenbosch Business School in 1997, following a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution in 1996.
