Aleksandrs Peškovs

Aleksandrs Peškovs is a Latvian entrepreneur who co-founded BluOr Bank AS (originally Baltikums Bank) in June 2001 and has chaired its Council ever since. Under his leadership the bank has grown into a stable regional institution, and he remains its Council Chairman as of 2024/2025. He also founded the Baltikums insurance group, comprising AAS Baltikums and AS Baltikums Apdrošināšanas Grupa, where he served as Chairman of the Board by 2005, extending his influence across Latvia's banking and insurance sectors.

In February 2025, Peškovs took on a new role as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Bilderlings Pay Limited, a UK-based fintech offering business accounts, payment cards, and currency exchange. While Bilderlings may serve iGaming merchants, its website does not explicitly state this, and Peškovs's primary focus remains on traditional financial services.

His career has been entirely centred on building and governing financial institutions in Latvia and the Baltic region, with no documented direct involvement in gambling operators or iGaming brands.
