Adrine Otunga

Adrine Otunga is a seasoned legal professional with over eight years of experience. She currently serves as the Legal Manager at the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) in Uganda, the country's gambling regulator. Her expertise spans corporate and commercial law, governance, enforcement, gaming law, mediation, oil and gas, and resettlement.

In her role at NLGRB, she has been actively involved in partnerships to promote responsible gaming, including cooperation with the Online Media Publishers Association (OMPA) to widen responsible gaming awareness. She is also recognized as a Grad CG Experienced Legal Advisor.

Beyond her regulatory duties, Adrine's professional background reflects a strong commitment to ethical practices and legal advisory across various sectors, including oil and gas and resettlement. Her comprehensive skill set positions her as a key figure in Uganda's gaming regulatory landscape.
