Adam Rosenberg
Senior Advisor, Gaming & Leisure at Blackstone
Adam Rosenberg is a senior advisor to Blackstone for existing and new Gaming & Leisure industry investments. He brings decades of experience in investment, advisory, and legal roles focused on the gaming and leisure sectors.
Rosenberg began his career as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he practiced intellectual property and product liability law from 1993 to 1997. He then moved into investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., holding various positions from 1998 to 2014, most recently as Global Head of Gaming.
From 2014 to 2021, Rosenberg served as Global Head of Gaming & Leisure at Fortress Investment Group, leading the firm's investments in the sector. In 2021 or later, he transitioned to Blackstone, where he now advises on gaming and leisure portfolio companies and new opportunities. He also serves on boards and as a special advisor for public and private companies.
Rosenberg holds a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude and phi beta kappa from the University of Pennsylvania.
