Aarti Carl

Aarti Carl is an experienced HR leader with over 25 years of global experience in people leadership and organisational development within the gaming industry. Her career spans both land-based and online gaming, giving her a broad perspective on the sector’s evolution. She joined Eeze during a high-growth phase and initially served as Vice President of Human Resources before being promoted to Chief People Officer in April 2026.

In her current role as Chief People Officer at Eeze, Carl is responsible for aligning people strategy with business strategy, ensuring that organisational design, leadership capability, and governance frameworks support sustainable scaling. She is known for building high-performing, inclusive cultures and has led HR strategies across multiple regions. Carl is a strong advocate for transparent progression, intentional leadership development, and embedding inclusion into everyday operations.

She holds the FCIPD designation (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and frequently speaks at industry events on transforming HR into a strategic People Function. Her approach focuses on shifting HR from a traditional support role to a core driver of business outcomes.
