Tesla and PandaDoc executives join Warsaw Tech Race Summit agenda

SOFTSWISS has expanded the speaker line-up for its Tech Race Summit in Warsaw with the addition of Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, and Mikita Mikado, co-founder of document management unicorn PandaDoc. The one-day event is set for 10 September 2026 at Centrum Praskie Koneser and is billed as the first cross-industry gathering of its kind to bring together technology practitioners from iGaming, fintech and other high-load sectors.

Verdura's session, 'Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla', will examine how the electric vehicle maker builds teams able to deliver products quickly while preserving quality and innovation. Mikado's keynote, 'Building the Next Silicon Valley Business', will focus on PandaDoc's trajectory from an Eastern European startup to a global software company, covering product scaling, talent acquisition and international expansion.

The additions broaden the summit's agenda beyond cloud infrastructure into engineering leadership, product design, entrepreneurship and company building. They join previously announced speakers from Amazon Web Services, Oracle and Cloudflare at an event designed for a moment when online gaming businesses are expanding across regulated markets and facing familiar global tech challenges: building engineering teams, scaling products and competing for talent while maintaining speed of execution.

Cross-industry focus

SOFTSWISS CTO Sergey Kastukevich argued that iGaming's technology challenges go far beyond infrastructure. "Building successful technology companies also depends on leadership, product thinking, and the ability to scale teams as the business grows," he said, adding that the aim is to give attendees practical insights they can apply in their own organisations, regardless of industry.

Aimed at executives, engineers and architects building digital products at scale, the programme will feature more than 30 international speakers and 10-plus hours of content across three parallel tracks, with around 1,000 participants expected, more than 20 companies and 25-plus industries represented. All sessions are held in English. Topics span cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, observability, product development and company building, with scheduled sessions including Oracle's perspective on AI infrastructure, an AWS roadmap for AI adoption, a CTO panel on AI's impact in engineering, and a session on entertainment and gamification technologies.

SOFTSWISS founder Ivan Montik and CTO Sergey Kastukevich will open the event. Tickets are available via the Tech Race website, with early-bird pricing running until 10 August. Premium passes are currently listed at €399, while standard tickets are marked as sold out on the event site.
