Rush Street Interactive raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance after Q2 revenue hit a record $393.8m, up 46% year-on-year, with adjusted EBITDA rising 61% to $64.6m.
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has upgraded its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA projections after posting all-time highs in both metrics for the second quarter of 2026.
The online sports betting and iGaming operator generated $393.8m in revenue for the three months ended 30 June 2026, a 46% jump from $269.2m in the same period a year earlier. Net income edged up to $29.3m from $28.8m, while adjusted EBITDA climbed 61% to a record $64.6m.
Monthly active users (MAUs) surged 58% year-on-year to approximately 949,000. In North America, MAUs rose 51% to about 296,000, fuelled by expansion in online casino verticals. Latin America, including Mexico, saw a 62% increase to roughly 653,000 MAUs. Average revenue per MAU stood at $320 in North America and $55 in Latin America during the quarter.
Bolstered by these results, RSI now expects full-year 2026 revenue between $1.56bn and $1.60bn, representing projected growth of 38% to 41% over 2025. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was lifted to a range of $245m to $265m, implying year-on-year growth of 59% to 72%. The updated outlook assumes no new market entries or tax changes beyond current conditions, including Colombia’s temporary 16% emergency tax on online gambling.
Chief Executive Richard Schwartz attributed the performance to sustained market share gains in online casino and a boost from the World Cup in sports betting. “Our casino-first strategy continues to be the foundation of our business, with online casino representing 72% of our revenue this quarter,” he said. Schwartz also highlighted the successful launch of online casino and sports betting in Alberta earlier in the month and expressed confidence in the company’s long-term growth trajectory.
