Logifuture tackles sportsbook downtime with simulator tool, says 'the light never goes off'

Logifuture's CBDO Niccolo Cassettari discusses how the supplier's new Simulator feature helps operators maintain player engagement during off-peak hours without sacrificing quality, ensuring the sportsbook remains active around the clock.

Off-peak downtime remains a persistent challenge for sportsbooks, according to Logifuture's chief business development officer Niccolo Cassettari, who argues that the real issue isn't engagement during major events but keeping users active throughout the rest of the day. "It's not about creating engagement around the big games, it's about keeping the users engaged the other 20 hours of the day," he said.

To address this, Logifuture has introduced a Simulator feature that lets players fill gaps between matches by placing virtual bets in advance and wagering on the simulated outcome. Cassettari emphasised that the tool is designed to provide entertainment without lowering the quality of the sportsbook experience. The company's mission, he stated, is to deliver products that players do not have to compromise on.

When downtime content is executed effectively, Cassettari noted, "the light never goes off on your sportsbook and the action keeps going." The supplier believes innovative features like the Simulator can maintain user interest continuously, avoiding the degradation of the overall betting experience.
