SYNOT Group has appointed Katarína Polách Klčovská as its first Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 May 2026, tasking her with day-to-day management and strategic growth as the group professionalises its leadership structure.
SYNOT Group has created a new top executive role, appointing Katarína Polách Klčovská as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 May 2026. The decision was made by founder and owner Ivo Valenta, who cited her 13-year tenure and deep familiarity with the group's operations as key factors.
Polách Klčovská, who joined SYNOT in 2012, previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Synot Games. In that capacity, she helped drive international expansion, digital transformation, and strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions. "I am confident that she will bring extensive experience gained during more than thirteen years within the Group," Valenta said. He added that the creation of the CEO position marks another important step in strengthening the Group's governance.
In her new role, Polách Klčovská will handle day-to-day management and implementation of strategic objectives set by the shareholder. Her stated priorities include strengthening the SYNOT brand, expanding its international presence, and accelerating digital development. She also mentioned potential M&A activity and optimisation as tools for sustainable growth.
"Delivering on the shareholder's strategic objectives remains my highest priority," Polách Klčovská said. She emphasised disciplined performance management and capital creation as core principles.
