Harrah's Oklahoma broadens dining offering as 100-day mark passes

Harrah's Oklahoma is adding to its dining lineup as it marks roughly its first 100 days in business. Starting July 24, the Route 66 property will launch new weekly food specials and open the Arrow & Ember restaurant to all comers, not just adults.

The policy shift lets families eat at Arrow & Ember, though anyone under 21 must stay in the dedicated dining area and can't step onto the gaming floor. Management says the decision stems from what guests told staff during the early months of operation. "It is an important next step," said Joe Scibetta, senior vice president and general manager, as the destination works to serve Chandler, surrounding towns, and travelers passing through.

The casino first opened its doors on April 9, operating as a joint venture with the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma and holding the distinction of being the first Caesars Entertainment-managed casino in the state. Its gaming floor spans more than 1,000 slots, a dozen table games, and a high-limit section, supported by several on-site dining and beverage venues.

Executive Chef Thomas Liljestrom-Abele says the new specials will lean on homestyle classics, including fried chicken, meatloaf, and prime rib, priced for everyday occasions. "Our guests have told us they want familiar, satisfying meals at a strong value," he said. The menu, he added, pairs the dishes people already love with the quality expected at Arrow & Ember.

More changes are slated for the property before the close of 2026. Harrah's Oklahoma plans additional announcements covering an expanded table games area and the ceremonial start of construction for a hotel.
