Gambling.com rebrands as Grandstand, aligning its corporate identity with sports data, advertising, and entertainment services. The change follows record 2025 revenue of $165.4M but a net loss of $27.2M, a new CEO, and a recent 25% workforce cut.
Affiliate marketing firm Gambling.com has undergone a corporate rebranding, emerging as Grandstand. The name change, effective immediately, is designed to better reflect the company's expanding portfolio of sports data, advertising, audience monetisation, and entertainment solutions. Shares will now trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol 'GRSD'.
Financial and Operational Context
The transition comes on the heels of a mixed fiscal 2025. Grandstand recorded a record $165.4 million in full-year revenue, a 30% increase over 2024, despite posting a net loss of $27.2 million. Earlier in the year, the company entered the Missouri market through a partnership with FanDuel.
Leadership and Cost-Cutting Moves
Kevin McCrystle, who assumed the CEO role in March 2026 after serving as COO and co-founder, said of the rebrand: "Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment." He succeeded fellow co-founder Charles Gillespie, who became Executive Chairman.
In May 2026, Grandstand announced a 25% reduction in its workforce following a first-quarter net loss of $1.2 million. Q1 net revenues edged down 0.5% year-on-year to $40.4 million.
