EvenBet Gaming Secures Five-Year Swedish B2B Supplier Licence from Spelinspektionen
2026-07-15
EvenBet Gaming has obtained a five-year B2B supplier licence from Spelinspektionen, allowing it to offer poker and casino software to Swedish operators and strengthening its Nordic presence following a recent Danish licence.
EvenBet Gaming has been granted a five-year B2B supplier licence by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), marking a strategic expansion into one of Europe’s most mature regulated markets. The approval allows the company to offer its full flagship portfolio—including poker software and a comprehensive online casino suite—to licensed operators in Sweden.
The licence is designed to help Swedish brands optimise player acquisition and retention. By combining a premium poker ecosystem with traditional casino verticals, operators can cross-sell more effectively, lower acquisition costs, and attract high-lifetime-value players within a compliant framework. EvenBet also manages all mandatory annual security audits and RNG testing on behalf of its partners, simplifying Spelinspektionen’s regulatory requirements.
Sweden’s licensed gambling market generated SEK 6.7 billion in turnover during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting stable 0.8% year-on-year growth, according to the latest Spelinspektionen data. The commercial online gambling and sports betting sector accounted for SEK 4.4 billion of that total. The country’s channelisation rate consistently exceeds 90%, meaning players overwhelmingly choose legal, licensed offerings.
This Swedish licence follows EvenBet’s recent success in securing a supplier licence in Denmark, further strengthening its foothold in highly regulated Nordic markets. Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO at EvenBet Gaming, stated: “Securing our Swedish B2B licence is another important milestone in EvenBet’s long-term strategy.” He added that the approval “reflects the strength and reliability of our technology” and enables the company to support partners with compliant access to a valuable market.
