
Caesars Entertainment Q2 Revenue Rises 3% as Net Loss Narrows, EBITDA Declines

Caesars Entertainment reported Q2 2026 revenue of $3.0bn (up 3% YoY) and a narrower net loss of $62m, though adjusted EBITDA fell 3.7% to $920m. Regional operations drove growth, while Las Vegas and Managed & Branded segments underperformed. First-half revenue reached $5.86bn, with total debt at $11.8bn and liquidity of $2.93bn.
Caesars Entertainment posted a 3% year-on-year increase in revenue to $3.0bn for the three months ended 30 June 2026, driven largely by its regional operations, while its net loss narrowed to $62m from $82m in the same quarter last year. However, consolidated adjusted EBITDA slipped 3.7% to $920m.
By segment, regional operations led the top-line growth with revenue rising 9.4% to $1.57bn. Caesars Digital saw a more modest 2.3% uptick to $351m in revenue, though its adjusted EBITDA fell to $68m from $80m a year earlier. Las Vegas revenue declined 3.5% to $1.02bn, while the Managed and Branded segment posted a 23% drop to $57m.
For the first half of 2026, total revenue advanced 2.8% to $5.86bn, and the net loss narrowed to $160m from $197m in the prior-year period. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA dropped 1.7% to $1.81bn. On a segment basis, regional operations remained the strongest performer, with H1 revenue climbing 6.3% to $3.0bn and adjusted EBITDA improving 5.0% to $923m. Caesars Digital’s first-half revenue grew 6.9% to $725m, and its adjusted EBITDA rose 11.4% to $137m.
As of 30 June 2026, Caesars carried total debt of $11.8bn, slightly lower than the $11.9bn at the end of 2025. Cash and equivalents increased to $965m from $887m, bringing net debt to $10.84bn. The company reported total available liquidity of approximately $2.93bn, inclusive of cash and undrawn revolving credit facilities.
