These measures aim to streamline operations and accelerate the company's path to becoming cash-generative.

Bragg Gaming Group has revealed additional organizational and operational adjustments, including a reduction of roughly 19% across its global workforce. These latest measures are anticipated to generate approximately EUR6 million in incremental annualised cash savings once fully implemented. The company's primary objectives are to optimize its cost structure, sharpen its strategic direction, and accelerate its journey toward becoming a consistently cash-generative business.

These new savings complement the approximately EUR4.5 million in annualised cash savings expected from a strategic restructuring initiative announced earlier, on January 8, 2026. Together, these combined efforts are projected to deliver substantial annualised cash savings amounting to EUR10.5 million. Bragg also anticipates incurring around EUR0.6 million in personnel-related termination costs during the second half of 2026, associated with this current restructuring, which are separate from expenses related to previous adjustments.
