Sportnco was established in 2008 as the B2B arm of Groupe France Pari, an online betting group founded the same year. The company’s initial focus was on providing a complete turnkey betting solution for French operators, encompassing software development, odds compilation, and risk management. Over the next decade, Sportnco expanded its geographical reach into other European regulated markets, including Spain, Belgium, Portugal, and Greece, and later into Latin America (Colombia) and the United States.

Post-acquisition, Sportnco continues to operate as a distinct brand and product line within GiG, with founder Hervé Schlosser remaining CEO. The company maintains development centres in France and Spain and has continued to win new clients, particularly in Latin America and the U.S. In 2023, GiG began integrating Sportnco’s sportsbook into its own platform, starting with a U.S. market rollout.
