History & Founding

SkillOnNet was founded in 2005 with a proprietary peer-to-peer backgammon platform. In 2006, the company launched its first poker site, RedKings.com, and later that year sold five Playtech-licensed casinos, establishing itself as a credible player in the iGaming space.
