History

Red7Mobile Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 2 July 2011 under company number 07811604. Its registered office was initially in Bristol and later moved to London, but operational headquarters remained in Bristol throughout its active life. The company was founded by a group of engineers and designers focused on mobile and interactive gaming.

Products and Platforms

Red7Mobile operated across two primary verticals: mobile casino games and sports betting technology. Its casino portfolio included slot games, instant-win scratch cards, and table games optimised for mobile and desktop real-money play. On the sports side, the company offered a flexible sports middleware platform that provided a real-time infrastructure for building sportsbook web and native apps. Red7Mobile established itself as a reputable content provider within the iGaming industry, serving both UK and international operators. Acquisition by Scientific Games

In July 2017, Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) acquired Red7Mobile for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition brought all staff into the Scientific Games Interactive division, with the stated goal of combining Red7Mobile's innovation and award-winning games with Scientific Games' content library, intellectual property, and global distribution network. CEO Matt Hatch and CTO Adam Fox were retained, and the Bristol office continued operations.

Dissolution

Following the acquisition, Red7Mobile Limited remained as a legal entity within Scientific Games. However, on 31 March 2023 the company filed to strike off the register and was formally dissolved on 27 June 2023. The company no longer operates as a standalone entity, and its domain no longer resolves.

Leadership

At the time of acquisition, Matt Hatch served as CEO and Adam Fox as CTO. Companies House records also list directors Constance Purcell James and Michael Christopher Eklund, who may have been founding directors. No other C-level roles could be confirmed from public sources.
