Infopulse Ukraine LLC, now Tietoevry Create Ukraine LLC, was a pioneering Ukrainian IT services company founded in Kyiv in 1991 by Olexiy Sihov and Andriy Anisimov. It grew from a local software house into an international player with over 2,000 professionals across Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Brazil, and the United States. The company specialized in software R&D, cloud and infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and business process outsourcing, serving clients in automotive, telecom, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. Its flagship product, PACE Suite, is an advanced application packaging and virtualization tool. After being acquired by Norwegian firm EDB in 2007 and later becoming part of EVRY and Tietoevry, Infopulse operated as a subsidiary until its full integration into the Tietoevry Create business unit in 2025. Infopulse Ukraine was established in February 1991 in Kyiv by Olexiy Sihov and Andriy Anisimov, making it one of the earliest IT companies in post-Soviet Ukraine. Effective May 2025, Infopulse Ukraine and Infopulse Brazil legally changed names to Tietoevry Create Ukraine LLC and Tietoevry Create Brazil Ltda. A single Delivery Center Ukraine was established, combining Tietoevry Create Ukraine and Tieto Ukraine Support Services, led by Oleksandr Kolotynets. The remaining entities (Poland, Bulgaria, Germany) were planned to follow in subsequent months. The Infopulse.com website remained active until July 1, 2025, after which it redirected to Tietoevry.com, and the LinkedIn page transitioned to Tietoevry Create.
Market Position and Legacy
Infopulse was a significant player in the Ukrainian IT outsourcing market, competing with companies like EPAM, SoftServe, and GlobalLogic. It served clients primarily in Europe and North America across automotive, telecom, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors. The company also contributed to IT education, co-creating BIONIC Hill Innovation Park in 2011 and co-launching BIONIC University at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2012. Its integration into Tietoevry Create marks the end of the Infopulse brand after 34 years of independent operation.
