Leadership and Restructuring

In the summer of 2023, the company hired Simon Bold as its first Chief Commercial & Client Officer. Bold conducted a thorough business review and established a dedicated full-time client management team. In Q4 2023, a new operational board was formed, reporting to an executive board led by Paul Foster and Gabrielle O’Hagan (Director and Legal Counsel). This restructuring led to internal promotions: Dan Davey became Director of Technology and Product, and Merel Swarts became Director of Business Operations and HR.
