History and Evolution

Avenga’s creation in 2019 was the culmination of a series of acquisitions that began in 2017, when Oaktree and Cornerstone acquired Polish outsourcing firm IT Kontrakt. In 2018, IT Kontrakt merged with Solidbrain, and in 2019 Ukrainian-American Corevalue and Germany’s Sevenval joined the group to form Avenga. Subsequent acquisitions expanded delivery capabilities: Perfectial (Ukraine, 2021) and IncluIT (Americas, 2022). In February 2024, KKCG completed its acquisition of Avenga, and early 2026 saw a merger with Qinshift, bringing together over 6,000 experts under a unified brand.
