  Reef Corporate Services Limited (RCS) is the responsible entity and corporate trustee behind the Reef Casino Trust (ASX: RCT), the ASX-listed fixed unit trust that owns the Reef Hotel Casino on the Cairns waterfront in Far North Queensland. Unlike a conventional casino operating group, RCS exists to administer the trust structure and hold the casino licence on behalf of unitholders, while the property itself is run under management arrangements overseen by the trustee. The Reef Hotel Casino, which opened in November 1996, is the only casino in the Cairns region and remains a central part of the north Queensland tourism and gaming market. Its gaming offer spans electronic gaming machines, table games, a high-limit area, and supporting hotel, dining, bar and function facilities. RCS's duties are shaped by Australian managed investment scheme law and Queensland gambling regulation, giving the company a governance and compliance role rather than a pure operating role. The trust's licence scarcity and steady cash generation have repeatedly attracted corporate attention, including a takeover offer for the trust's units that became unconditional in the 2020s.
